Your Role

As a Software Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of software projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. You will manage client expectations, facilitate interdisciplinary teams, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to launch, maintenance, and support.
• Align with clients on timelines, scope, and quality standards, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary teams to streamline project execution and deliveries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and building strong relationships.
• Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks, and manage them effectively.
• Proactively plan customer roadmaps and identify upselling opportunities throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both German and English.
